Co-ordinated the preparation of a detailed planning application for the development of 23 no. affordable homes as a rural exception site on greenfield land adjacent to the settlement boundary of Y Felinheli. The proposals include a mix of social rented and intermediate homes for local people. As part of the planning justification, it was necessary to demonstrate a housing need, and that this need could not be met on land within the settlement boundary. Planning permission was granted by Gwynedd Council in March 2024.
