Secured planning permission for 2 no. dwellings in the Green Belt, as infill development within the village of Burton. The planning application was refused by Cheshire West and Chester Council on the grounds that it constituted inappropriate development in the Green Belt. Grimster Planning successfully challenged the decision through the appeal process, and planning permission was granted in June 2023. A subsequent Judicial Review was successfully defended.
