Secured planning permission for 14 no. new residential dwellings on the 10th green of Deane Golf Club, the revenue from which is to be invested back into the Club to secure its long-term future. This includes a re-configuration of the 10th and 11th holes. The proposals were approved unanimously by the Council's Planning Committee, and planning permission granted in December 2021.
